Along with the COVID pandemic disruption, we are witnessing an erosion of business trust, personal trust and a deep disintegration of human connectivity. This is augmented by the concept of artificial Intelligence, automation and technology becoming the policing agent for human morality through compliance and ethics programs that remove the responsibility of integrity-empowered humans.
If there ever was a time it is now, as technology is advancing at such a speed that if we do not up level or upgrade our human initiative for tapping into our intuition — our original organic Internet — we will be out of alignment with technology, and that will cause a global disruption of catastrophic measures.
It is critical that a behavioral change to support imminent technology automation and data curation be created. Otherwise, the whole digital leap will be meaningless as we will feel depleted and too overwhelmed to meet this challenge head on.
Leaders are needed to drive the behavioral change; first with leaders who adopt it so it can trickle down the chain of command and become embraced by employees and cultural movements up leveling the human experience for all.
As technology is being positioned as the solution for human ethics and integrity, it is increasingly important to empower leaders who are aware to lead with a more human-centered approach and purpose to make the world a better place for everybody to thrive.
“Trust is like the air we breathe — when it's present, nobody really notices. When it's absent, everyone notices.”
– Warren Buffett
COVID has revealed many flows in society, diving deep to the core of world leadership at all levels and positioning us at a tipping point for our future, not only the planet but also all humans. The world is in dire need of leaders who will lead the shift to a more integrity-based focus on all world initiatives and actions placing people, planet and purpose before monetary gain.
