If there ever was a time it is now, as technology is advancing at such a speed that if we do not up level or upgrade our human initiative for tapping into our intuition — our original organic Internet — we will be out of alignment with technology, and that will cause a global disruption of catastrophic measures.
It is critical that a behavioral change to support imminent technology automation and data curation be created. Otherwise, the whole digital leap will be meaningless as we will feel depleted and too overwhelmed to meet this challenge head on.
Leaders are needed to drive the behavioral change; first with leaders who adopt it so it can trickle down the chain of command and become embraced by employees and cultural movements up leveling the human experience for all.
