Considering the human disruption and disconnection resulting from working remotely and the changes introduced by supporting technology, the impetus for permanent behavioral changes in not only how we work but also in how we as humans interrelate, coexist and energetically connect with each other. This organic interaction, so critical to social, emotional and human development, is lost to such a degree that it is impacting the human condition.
Transformative Business Ethics comes from a most unexpected life-changing experience. I offered gratis services to help launch a website being created for conscious leaders around the world called Conscious Enterprises Network. Anatoly Yakorev, the SMEntor on the board of the organization, took an interest in my approach to branding called Conscious Branding.
As I shared the story of how Conscious Branding came to be, Anatoly learned of the dramatic highs and lows of my business' performance over the years as well as challenges in my personal life that caused me to explore a deeper sense of myself, my why and my subconscious mind that had not been part of my mainstream education or learnings. Even though I took all these learnings and applied them to my life and business as best I could. I still encountered big barriers to achieving my greater purpose and vision for Conscious Branding and the impact I desired to have.
As my newfound perception of the world took root, more complex challenges came into the equation with the systematically destructive pandemic and divisive political and cultural disruption being used as a wedge to fragment the human spirit. I hit a wall of cognitive dissonance that shook me to the core of my truth.
Anatoly reached out and offered his assistance in removing energetic conflicts and barriers at their source to allow me to discover a more harmonic and fluid relationship with the energetic, intellectual and physical world shifts.
I agreed to explore his TeeBEI Method and to my astonishment TeeBEI has had a profound impact on me, my purpose, my business and my life. I see the world through a new valued perspective that has elevated my sense of purpose and provided me with a reignited liberated human spirit.
Transformative Business Ethics is my way of calling people around the planet who desire to make a difference in the world, improve our current state of humankind, and transform to become better leaders and changemakers for ourselves, our business and our communities around the world.
Now more than ever, business leaders are called to lead their communities and society through these times of adversity. World Economic Forum started the Great Reset initiative with the aim “to achieve a better outcome, the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions.”
CEOs launched their Business Roundtable statement of purpose: “Supporting the communities in which we work. We respect the people in our communities and protect the environment by embracing sustainable practices across our businesses.”
However, as time elapses, more voices grow weary and point out the lack of progress. To me this is an indication of a lack of a deep personal shift in business leaders, required to serve and inspire both their workers and communities.
I am convinced that replicating my personal and professional transformation as CEO through TeeBEI could help bring about a much needed change. Hence, I decided to take an offer from Anatoly Yakorev, the founder of World Without Corruption Programme, to lead the Foundation “World Without Corruption International Alliance” to assist in empowering business leaders around the world to get traction with stamping out corruption and leading with unfettered spirit to ensure human flourishing.
